The speakers will be allocated as fairly as possible to benefit the maximum number of schools. (speakers lecture at 2 schools in one day so date & geography must fit).

The more possible speakers/times/dates you propose, the more likely you are to get a talk you are after.

In general, start times of ~mid morning and ~after lunch are preferable as this makes it easier to fit 2 talks into one day.

If you are in the South West of the county (Dacorum, Watford, Three Rivers, Hertsmere, St Albans) please do not request lecture times first lesson of the morning – traffic problems mean we are unlikely to allocate you a lecture at this time.
