Important Notes:

Once this form has been received at the office, you will be sent an invoice and the required number of Profile Forms.

 

You will need to provide us with an excel spreadsheet containing all of the student information. We require the name, ethnic origin, date of birth and UPN for each student you have registered. A template can be downloaded from here

 

Please note that Profile Forms must be completed at all levels.

 

The British Science Association requires Silver and Gold level projects to be assessed externally, so please contact us when you think a project is ready to be assessed and we will arrange this.
